Shipping Overview

We offer free standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) on all orders over $80 within the United States.

If you need your order sooner, 2-day expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. You can select this option during checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 9:00 AM CST are eligible for same-day fulfillment.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST will ship the following business day.

Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, please understand that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or weather disruptions.

Inspection Upon Arrival

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@onirest.com within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Relevant photos, if applicable

Our team will review your request and take the appropriate action.
